Static Zine is looking for artists for Issue 3

Hi friends! Static Zine is currently on a wild hunt. For our third issue, we need illustrators for a handful of stories and we have a cover concept that needs the right person.

If you’re interested or know someone who might be, please email us saying so and a sample of your art at info@staticzine.com.

Check out Issue 1 and Issue 2 for the kind of illustrations we’ve had so far.

Unfortunately we aren’t able to pay more than baked goods and hugs, and we hate that (although who can turn down those two things), but we can say that the zine is found all over the city in stores, at fairs, it will be handed out at Canadian Music Week in March and at our future events. You’ll be part of a collective of writers and artists from Toronto to put this DIY magazine together. We have a lot of fun doing it and have made great connections since we started.

Thanks!
